People We Love: Blake Lively

We first met Blake Lively when she was cast in the television series Gossip Girl in 2007 where she plays Serena van der Woodsen in the teen drama.  Since then, her movie career has skyrocketed and her fashion style has evolved.  She has become a style icon and muse to Karl Lagerfeld as she attends fashion shows and movie premieres all over the world clad in the sexiest couture. And if that wasn't enough, Lively's beau Ryan Reynolds completes her gorgeous look as arm candy. We love her!

I recently read about the reissuing of the Billy Haines Iron X Chair in the June 2012 issue of Vogue. The article read "Created by actor turned decorator Billy Haines in 1956 for the Bel Air lanai of Mervyn LeRoy, the Iron X Chair looks as fresh today as it did in Hollywood's golden age. Now, with powder coated legs and water resistant fabric, the updated chair brings glamour to the garden." Aside from the Billy Haines chair many of our favor designers are playing with the "X."
