This collaboration between Prada, Damien Hirst, and Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani, chairperson of the Qatar Museums Authority is incredible. The “Prada Oasis and Damien Hirst’s Pharmacy Juice Bar” is a collaboration to benefit the non-profit organization Reach Out to Asia.

It's always an interest of mine to see inside the homes of iconic tastemakers. We all know Coco Chanel for her iconic women suits and handbags. She has been dubbed one of the most iconic woman of fashion. I was not surprised to see that her ability to make beautiful clothes transcended very well with her ability to make a beautiful home. I loved her interiors filled with elegant chinoiseries and classical French elements.

Tom Ford's Apartment

Over the weekend, we stumbled across an article in the March 2012 issue of Harper’s Bazaar titled "My List: Tom Ford in 24 Hours." http://www.harpersbazaar.com/fashion/fashion-articles/24-hours-with-tom-ford-0312#slide-1.  After reading it, our obsession and fascination with the fashion designer multiplied tenfold! The fact that he wakes up at 4:30 every morning, takes four hot baths a day, and isn't sure what his cell phone number is adds to this legendary designer's appeal.  A glimpse into a day in his life helps explain how this creative genius designs. For those of you unfamiliar with Tom Ford, he is an American fashion designer who currently designs for his own fashion house, Tom Ford. He is the creative force that transformed the Gucci label from a nearly bankrupt maker of leather goods into a flourishing fashion powerhouse. Ford took over as creative director of Gucci in 1994, and for the next decade, created collections of uber sexy, yet sophisticated clothes for women around the globe.

Tom Ford epitomizes sex, sophistication, and style. Known for his desire to maintain his privacy, he has said, “Time and silence are the most luxurious things today.”  We just couldn't resist bringing/sharing a sneak peek into this visionarie's former London home, and his current Paris apartment…..
