What an incredible pop up in Doha, Qatar! This collaboration between Prada, Damien Hirst, and Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani, chairperson of the Qatar Museums Authority is incredible. The “Prada Oasis and Damien Hirst’s Pharmacy Juice Bar” is a collaboration to benefit the non-profit organization Reach Out to Asia.

We are in love with these amazing birds and other animals spray painted by Brazilian artist L7m. The mix of realism that morphs into more frenetic strokes of spray paint and the use of color are amazing. Some of the photos you see here were taken on the streets, while others are works on canvas. 

Artists We Love: Lana Gomez

One of the best investments you can make in your home is purchasing original artwork. Here at Bungalow1a, we love coming across new and fresh artists and watching them flourish into the next big thing. I have been constantly seeing the works of Lana Gomez in spaces designed by my favorite designers such as Kelly Wearstler and Jamie Drake. Artists We Love: Nicole Ebrahimi

This week in our Artist's We Love series we have one of my good friends, Nicole Ebrahimi. For those of you who don't know her, Nicole is one of the most talented contemporary expressionistic artists today. Her work has been displayed in many exhibitions like 'The Bells Of Passion' in Woodland Hills and the 'Group Show' in the heart of West Hollywood. Horse Home Decor

Throughout history, horses have always played a powerful role in the lives of humans.  Horses have been linked to the night, the moon, mystery, and magic. Some of the things that horses symbolize are power,  grace, beauty, nobility, strength and freedom.  We think horses make an ideal animal to use to decorate. Who doesn't want to have something that symbolizes strength and power in their home space?
