One of our favorite places in Los Angeles is the iconic
Chateau Marmont Hotel on the Sunset Strip. For those of you who have never
heard of it, Chateau Marmont, modeled loosely after the Chateau
d'Amboise, in France's Loire Valley, is an intimate boutique hotel famously
known as the backdrop for a number of events in the lives of well-known
celebrities. We had dinner there last night and could not take our eyes off of
the fabulous decor, specifically the romantic lighting throughout. Notice how
everything is so loosely lit and shaded. The caged candles, gothic floor
candelabras, milk glass pendants, and vintage murano chandelier.
